
KEY LIME FRUIT DIP
- 16 oz. Heavy whipping cream
- 2 oz. Key lime juice
- 7 oz (1/2 can) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding (powder only)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Mix key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk, set aside.
Whip heavy cream and pudding powder together.
Fold in key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk mixture into heavy cream/pudding mixture.
Add in powdered sugar, fold together.
This dip is good up to three days in the refrigerator. Great with strawberries!
