FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE

1 cup sugar
1 cup warm water
3 Tablespoons Strawberry Jello
3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
1 Teaspoon Red Food Coloring

Mix these ingredients and bring slowly to a boil, reduce heat and cook until thick and clear red. (Stir to keep from sticking). Let Cool. Add two (2) cups sliced strawberries. Fold into this mixture, 1 cup whipping cream that has been whipped with one (1) tablespoon strawberry jello. Pour into cooked pie shell and refrigerate.
